Dipsastraea amicorum (Milne Edwards & Haime, 1849) accepted

Barabattoia mirabilis was synonymised this species by Veron (eg Veron, 2000), but is regarded as a distinct species by Huang et al, 2014. Here, we regard both species as part of the Australian fauna pending a review of all previous records of B. amicorum to determine their true identity.
