Description

The Citron Butterflyfish can be recognised by its colouration. It is white to yellow with numerous dots on the body. A black bar passes through the eye, and the caudal fin is transparent. source: Australian Museum Factsheets

The Speckled Butterflyfish is white or pale yellow with lots of small dark spots on the body. It has a black bar through the eye. The tail is transparent. It is similar in appearance to several other species including G�nther's Butterflyfish. It can be distinguished from other species by the black margin of the anal fin.... source: OZ Animals

Distinguished from Chaetodon guentheri in body not darkening significantly to yellow at rear, and possessing a black margin to anal fin.
